Product Ownership – du steuerst die Weiterentwicklung unseres Moduls für Markt- und Finanzdaten mit klarem Fokus auf den Produktnutzen. Du priorisierst Features entlang von Nutzerfeedback, Business Impact und technischer Realisierbarkeit und treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Software aktiv voran.
Market & Financial Data – du kennst die relevanten Datenquellen (z. B. Kurs-, Stammdaten, Indizes) und verstehst deren Bedeutung für Vermögensverwalter und deren Endkund:innen. Du bewertest Datenqualität, stellst regulatorische Konformität sicher und entwickelst datengetriebene Lösungen mit echtem Mehrwert.
Quantitative Expertise – du hast ein solides Verständnis für finanzmathematische Logiken, Modellierung und Berechnungsgrundlagen. Damit kannst du Anforderungen valide einschätzen und funktionale Spezifikationen auf einem hohen fachlichen Niveau verstehen und einschätzen.
Stakeholder Enablement – du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produkt, Entwicklung, Vertrieb und unseren Partnern. Du sorgst für klare Kommunikation, trägst Anforderungen systematisch zusammen und orchestrierst die Umsetzung in einem agilen Setup.

Das bringst du mit

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Mathematik, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Product Ownership, idealerweise im FinTech-, Banking- oder Investment-Umfeld
Gutes Verständnis von Markt- und Finanzdaten
Grundlegende Kenntnisse in finanzmathematischen Modellen, Kennzahlen und deren praktischer Anwendung
Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder ähnlichen
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe fachliche Anforderungen zu strukturieren und in umsetzbare Epics und User Stories zu übersetzen
Stakeholder-Management mit unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen (Business, IT, Kund:innen, Partner)
Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch
Methodik, Innovationsgeist und ein echtes Interesse daran, Dinge kontinuierlich besser zu machen

Your responsibilities

Product Ownership – you drive the continuous development of our market and financial data module with a clear focus on product value. You prioritize features based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility, pushing forward the ongoing improvement of our software.
Market & Financial Data – you are familiar with key data sources (e.g., pricing, reference data, indices) and understand their relevance for asset managers and their end clients. You assess data quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and create data-driven solutions that deliver real value.
Quantitative Expertise – you have a strong understanding of financial mathematics, quantitative models, and calculation principles. This enables you to accurately assess requirements and interpret functional specifications at a high professional level.
Stakeholder Enablement – you serve as the central interface between product, engineering, sales, and our partners. You ensure clear communication, systematically gather requirements, and orchestrate implementation within an agile environment.

Your profile

Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
2 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a FinTech, banking, or investment context
Strong understanding of market and financial data (e.g., pricing feeds, reference data, indices)
Basic Familiarity with financial models, metrics, and their practical application
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable epics and user stories
Confident stakeholder management across diverse groups (business, tech, clients, partners)
Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
Curiosity, a drive for innovation, and a genuine passion for continuous improvement
