Integration in die Zielarchitektur - Dein Hauptziel: Du sorgst dafür, dass neue und bestehende Lösungen sich nahtlos in unsere Zielarchitektur einfügen - skalierbar, effizient und nachhaltig für die Zukunft.
Gestalten & Vorantreiben - Übernimm die Verantwortung für die Entwicklungsarbeit im ScrumTeam und präge mit deinen Ideen die Webanwendungen auf Basis der Fincite-Technologieplattform. Unterstütze den Product Owner dabei, Visionen in konkrete Lösungen zu verwandeln.
Co-Piloting – Sei Sparringspartner und Mitgestalter: Gemeinsam mit deinem Team trägst du die Verantwortung für den Projekterfolg und stärkst die Entwicklung jedes Einzelnen.
Design Thinking - Analysiere komplexe technische Anforderungen, entwickle smarte, robuste Anwendungen und setze neue Standards in Qualität und Performance.

Das bringst du mit

Technologie– Du bist ein Full Stack Developer, der es liebt, robuste und schnelle Anwendungen mit Python-, Django-, REST- und SQL/NoSQL-Datenbanken zu erstellen. Du hast Erfahrung mit modernen Frontend-Anwendungen wie React, Angular, Bootstrap, Material UI oder anderen Frameworks. Du hast Unit-, Regressions- oder Frontend-Tests mit Coverage, Nightwatch, Browser-Stack oder anderen Frameworks implementiert. Du hast deinen Code nach einem CI/CD-Prozess mit Azure Blueprint, Bitbucket Pipelines, Terraform, Ansible oder Scrutinizer in der Cloud eingesetzt.
Erfahrung– Du bist ein Full Stack Entwickler mit mehr als 4 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung. Du bist gern Teil unseres multikulturellen Arbeitsumfeldes mit Teams auf der ganzen Welt. Daher sind gute Englischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich.

Your responsibilities

Integration - Your main goal: Ensure that new and existing solutions integrate seamlessly into our target architecture - scalable, efficient, and future-proof.
Shape & Drive - Take responsibility for the development work within the ScrumTeam and shape our web applications built on the Fincite technology platform with your ideas. Support the Product Owner in turning visions into tangible solutions.
Co-Piloting - Be a sparring partner and co-creator: Together with your team, you carry the responsibility for project success and empower the growth of every individual.
Design Thinking - Analyze complex technical requirements, develop smart and robust applications, and set new standards in quality and performance.

Your profile

Technology– You are a full stack developer that loves to build robust and fast applications using Python, Django, REST and SQL/NoSQL databases. You have experience with modern frontend applications such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, Material UI or other frameworks. You have implemented unit, regression or frontend tests using Coverage, Nightwatch, Browser-Stack or other frameworks. You have deployed your code to the cloud following a CI/CD process using Azure Blueprint, Bitbucket Pipelines, Terraform, Ansible or Scrutinizer.
Experience– You are a full stack developer with more than 4 years work experiences in software development. We pride ourselves in our multicultural working environment with teams across the globe, therefore great skills and good German skills are required.
